Based on a PI&D our engineering team designed the complete skid in close collaboration with the customer. The steel frame, the pipelines, the heat exchangers and the pressure vessel were all part of this wonderful assignment. The installation is now in operation at our customer in the Middle East.
The challenge for OMT was the critical turnaround time and the large number of customer specifications that were applicable.
Some technical details of the supplied system:
- Skid Frame in accordance with EN 1090.
- Two S&T heat exchangers and one pressure vessel made of stainless steel, fully designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME VIII div 1, code stamped.
- All piping in stainless steel in accordance with ASME B31.3.
